I dont think that was in the novel, about the closest thing was the approval by the head of the Xu Family, although Xu Xin said Luo Feng's jet fighter is equal to the entire value of the Xu Family's assets lol

Sun Chao wasnt as bad in the novel though but it was funny lol there were bantering between the him and the brother though lol, each blame one another. Sun Chao blamed Xu Gang for not telling him earlier and made him embarrassed himself and he did say he cant compete with Luo Feng, and Xu Gang blamed Sun Chao for not contacting him so he would know, Sun Chao retorted he tried but he was busy or werent home, they both should marry lol

So Luo Feng dies and then is just replaced with a clone of himself for the rest of the time? And was this clone made prior to LF dying, with all his consciousness/memories/etc uploaded? Just cause depending on the specifics then a number of different variables could come into play as to if the clone actually was identical to the original LF in every way or not...

He dies, literally dies as his physical body is destroyed, but in the last second, he uses the Gold Horn Beast to clone, he then "clones" his actual human body later otherwise the entire would would panic and might kamikaze against him (that is how he managed to kill the Golden Horn Beast, a group of War God plus plus sacrificed themselves to allow Luo Feng a chance to strike at the beast.

He eventually he ends up with another two clones much much later, one is a deadly assassin race, the other is a ocean being, so even though his physical body is gone initially his mind is still the same.
Depending on the race of his clones, it will have some characteristic of that race, and will appear as that race, so the Golden Horn Beast clone is never shown to be a human, and is more bloodlust infused than his human form, the assassin clone is more quieter and reserve, quick and deadly but physically weak, his conscious is split into those clones, although he can adjust the amount of attention he gives these clones so they can act autonomously most of the time

The clone stuff wont appear until much later, since it is still an egg, it takes slightly more than a year before it hatches, unless the studio decided to change things. If the studio follows the novel then these things will happen:
In this order
- Reception for Luo Feng's promotion, Xu Family approving Luo Feng and Xu Xin, Luo Feng snubbing an inspector from the Lightning Hall
- Archeological expedition mission, Luo Feng stays there for over a year, was considered dead by everyone, Xu Xin drops out of university or college depending on which country you are from
- The Couple attacks Luo Family covertly using proxies while Luo Feng is missing
- Luo Feng returns, Xu Xin bursts out in tears, Luo Feng attacks the couple directly in public, was stopped by other war gods, barely.
- Luo Feng obtains evidences of the couple's underhanded tactics of attacking his family, the couple are sentenced to death
- The wife is decapitated, husband flees the execution grounds, and breaks through to the surpassing advance war god level, he still dies, by Luo Feng's hand
- Return to the Mist Island, crystals that helps cultivation is discovered, Babata the AI was responsible for "leaking" the crystals, to bait Luo Feng
- Babata is the AI that teaches Luo Feng, and makes him a student of a long dead master
- Golden Horn Beast begins to eat other monster to grow, kills a couple of emperor level monsters, becoming the top tier apex monster of all monsters
- Luo Feng finds out he is going to be a father
- Hong and Leishen fails to defeat the Golden Horn Beast, both go into coma
- Luo Feng and a group of surpassing advance war gods level attempts a final attack after a nuclear strike fails. All the war gods die, except for Luo Feng who manages to deal a final blow by using a sacrificial technique that consumes his life force, BUT the beast was very strong and takes up all of Luo Feng's life force, once the beast dies Luo Feng dies with it
Luo Feng uses a technique and transfer his mind and soul into the beast and takes over the body slowly and repairs the body

Mmmmm, step by step details... Now that's the stuff! 🤤

Since this season is 52 episodes it is highly likely they will cover him either traveling within the solar system or to the first planet he visits outside the solar system, it might end with an alien group coming over to conquer Earth, I am not sure since the studio can always drag out scenes, such as being stuck in the Archeological expedition mission, killing the couples, encountering Babata, and of course the fight with the Golden Horned Beast that hatches from the egg
He doesnt take Xu Xin at first, after he is more established within the universe he takes her and his family but even then it is rare. A virtual multiverse will be introduced, just like the War God Palace, where everyone who has access, can go there, it is like a mirror multiverse, and where Luo Feng spends most of his time communicating and spending time with his family. Xu Xin is actually the one who makes the effort to be closer to Luo Feng, but in the VR system, while Luo Feng goes about gallivanting, kind of like a busy parent working their butt off always explaining that he is putting food on the table and cant be at home

what happened with the clones thou?

He obtains one clone at a time, at various points in the novel, it stays with him throughout his life. As he becomes strong, he is able to create a small world within himself, I cant remember the exact wording for it, but it eventually grew to be massive as big as a galaxy, or was it an universe... The clones are either residing in his small world or outside performing various missions for him, technically they arent really clones since they do not look like him as a human, but it is what the novel translator used, I would say they are an extension of him in another form. A Golden Horn Beast, an assassin race humanoid and an ocean being

Ahh you are right that he takes over the beast bodies but he does die because of the beast, but have a read of the rest of my spoilers, as I slowly tell them about how he dies, I have edited them so it reflects on what you mentioned. By all means correct me if you find any mistakes, I am not perfect and it's been 2 years since I read the novel lol
He uses a technique to sacrifice his life force to kill the Golden Horn Beast, but they both die, and in the last minute he transfer himself to the Golden Horn Beast and slowly takes over the body He later then clone himself a human body. But Luo Feng the human still dies since he had to sacrifice himself to perform the technique, the beast was too strong, and his technique almost failed because of that.

I dont think it was to show him being more humble but rather as a means of taking Xu Xin down memory lane to remind her of the times with him. The whole setup with the pictures, the burgers and the paper plane was done nicely to portray that.
